We are hiring International B2B Sales Agents for a reputed BPO organization based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with international outbound sales experience or fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills who are eager to build a career in global B2B sales.
The position involves handling outbound calls to international clients, promoting B2B products and services, achieving sales targets, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients to promote B2B products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow established sales scripts and techniques to communicate product offerings effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure high-quality client interactions through clear and effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational sales goals
- Track, monitor, and report call outcomes and client feedback
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills
- Understanding of international sales processes and global business practices
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales / Outbound Sales / B2B Sales
- Immediate joiners required
- Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also be considered
- Graduate in any discipline
