2.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete role and organization information
Respond promptly to candidate submissions and interviews
Comply with all applicable employment laws
Make timely payments as agreed in service contracts
2.3 Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:
Provide true and accurate personal and professional information
Consent to sharing data with clients and authorized partner recruiters
Update Exponential Consultants promptly on any changes to their employment status or personal information
2.4 Fees & Payment Terms
Fees are determined as per agreed service contracts.
Late payments may attract interest and may suspend services.
Fee disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice receipt.
2.5 Confidentiality
All client and candidate information is treated as strictly confidential.
Sharing information with unauthorized parties may result in legal action.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
