Exponential Consultants is looking for a skilled Oracle OTM Support professional to manage day-to-day OTM Cloud operations. This role is fully remote, supporting the AMR & India business hours (US night shift).

Position Details
- Role: Associate Consultant – Oracle Fusion (OTM Support)
- Experience: 1–4 Years (strict)
- CTC Budget: ₹3–6.5 LPA
- Work Mode: Work From Home – US Shift
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Role Overview
Responsible for L1/L2 support, user administration, and issue resolution within Oracle OTM Cloud. The candidate will handle functional queries, configuration issues, integration troubleshooting, and testing for OTM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support to business and IT users
- Daily operations of Oracle OTM Cloud
- Strong knowledge of core OTM modules:
- Order Management, Shipment Management
- Financials, Fleet Management
- Configuration / Administration, Business Process Automation (BPA)
- Troubleshoot user issues and replicate problems
- Administer User / Role / Group / Screen access
- Resolve issues related to configuration, integrations, planning, rates, workflows, agents
- Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs)
- Support Regression, Integration, UAT testing
- Ensure smooth operations across AMR & India time zones
