Position Overview

The Production Manager will lead and optimize production planning and execution across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities. This role ensures on-time delivery, efficient capacity utilization, and strong coordination across Operations, Procurement, and Logistics in a shift-based food manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

✅ 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
✅ Food manufacturing experience – REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
✅ Strong, hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
✅ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
✅ Experience supporting shift-based manufacturing operations
✅ Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics
✅ Willingness to travel up to 30%
