π¨βπ» Role: Backend Developer β PHP Laravel
π° CTC: Up to βΉ18 LPA (Best fit candidates) – Existing Salary Minimum 12 – 15 Lacs.
π§ About the Role
We are looking for skilled PHP Laravel Developers to support our US-based team during night hours. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, as direct collaboration with international stakeholders will be part of the role.
This is a full-time, on-site night shift position, and candidates must be comfortable working from the office during the specified hours.
- π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- β Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using PHP Laravel
- β Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
- β Collaborate closely with the US team for ongoing support and enhancements
- β Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code
- β Handle database design, migrations, and performance optimization
- β Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently
- β Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
π― Skills & Requirements
β 3β6 years of hands-on experience in PHP & Laravel
β Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and REST APIs
β Experience with MySQL and database optimization
β Familiarity with Git / version control systems
β Knowledge of queues, schedulers, and caching (Redis is a plus)
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Willingness to work night shift (8 PM β 4 AM) from office
β Experience supporting international / US clients is a strong advantage
