Job Overview
We are hiring highly driven Sales Development Representatives / Inside Sales Executives for a reputed BPO setup based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with insurance sales, inside sales, or B2B SaaS sales experience who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy engaging with customers through consultative selling.
The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales leads, identifying customer needs, upselling relevant products, and coordinating closely with internal and field sales teams to ensure superior customer experience and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have shown interest through various acquisition channels and convert leads into sales
- Generate revenue through cold calling on company-provided data
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to existing customers
- Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams
- Qualify opportunities and route them to the on-ground sales team for closure
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver the highest standards of customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proven skills in negotiation, objection handling, and problem-solving
- Strong listening, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
Experience & Qualification
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / BPO Sales
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an inside sales environment (mandatory)
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales is preferred
- Exposure to B2B SaaS / CRM / ERP sales is an added advantage
- Graduate in any discipline
