🕘 Experience: Relevant logistics / warehouse experience preferred – 2-4 years
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for a reputed manufacturing company. The role demands strong execution skills, vendor coordination, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs.
🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse assistants
- Ensure strict adherence to WMS and inventory management protocols
- Supervise and control 2000+ SKUs, including inward and outward material movement
- Handle warehouse administration and daily operational activities
- Manage daily invoicing, dispatch, tracking, and documentation of spares & consumables
- Track shipments and follow up daily with courier and transportation vendors for timely deliveries
- Negotiate RFQs with transport vendors and drivers; coordinate vehicle placement pan-India
- Plan and execute machine dispatches for customers
- Supervise machine packaging, loading, and dispatch as per SOP with complete documentation
- Guide and monitor MHE operators to ensure safe handling and zero damage
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external vendors, and customers
- Maintain daily dispatch records and ensure statutory compliance such as e-way bills
