Position Overview
The Production Inventory Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, control, and compliance across production and cold storage operations. This role is critical to ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, lot traceability, regulatory adherence, and uninterrupted production flow in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)

5+ years of inventory management experience in food manufacturing
β
Strong hands-on exposure to frozen foods and/or meat processing
β
Expertise in inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and lot traceability
β
Working knowledge of USDA, FDA, FSMA, and HACCP regulations
β
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP and WMS systems
β
Comfortable working in cold storage / frozen environments
