We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer – Mobile Development (Flutter) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications. This is a senior technical leadership role that involves architectural ownership, mentoring teams, and driving best engineering practices across mobile platforms.

🧠 Experience & Qualifications

✔ Total Experience: 8+ Years
✔ Relevant Experience: 8 Years in Flutter & Mobile Application Development
✔ Strong expertise in building enterprise-grade mobile applications
✔ Proven ability to lead technical discussions and guide engineering teams

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop Flutter-based mobile applications
• Define mobile app architecture, frameworks, and coding standards
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams
• Review code, mentor developers, and ensure engineering excellence
• Drive performance optimization, security, and scalability
• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile solutions

💰 Compensation & Benefits
