About the Role
We are inviting applications for a Freelance Marketing & Business Development Manager to work closely with our leadership team in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for Exponential Consultants across sectors and regions.
- Promote and position our HR services portfolio (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, CHRO, HRMS, and Advisory solutions).
- Engage with potential clients through networking, social media, and direct outreach to establish partnerships.
- Collaborate with our internal team to understand client needs and deliver customized proposals.
- Manage the full business development cycle β from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Maintain client relationship databases and provide regular updates on progress and conversions.
- Represent Exponential Consultants in business forums, HR events, and online professional networks.
